Teaching youth about technology

Over the summer I worked in my home town, where I organized and co-ordinated events for children and youth. Several of the events that I organized were one day work shops. the workshops included topics on film, drama and computer science.

I taught youth basic computer science concepts and how to code using Scratch. I was able to take my knowledge in computer science and teach the concepts to youth and inspire a few of them to pursue computer science.

In addition to working with youth, I also ran a social media page on Facebook to keep the community informed about events!
