Combining Media and Art

In todays modern life, creators are everywhere. People can create anything on a computer, from games to sophisticated machines capable of learning like humans. In the modern age we are absorbed by the abundance of technology, we often forget about our fellow humans right around us. In this state of distraction, we lose sight of what is important and what matters. Once we realize this, we attempt to retake what little we have of our relationships, trying to create new ones through our technology. The consecuences of this though, remains to be seen...

A project created in Adobe Premiere for my Art 338 class at the University of Saskatchewan, it is made entirely from stock footage. The art piece is meant to envoke emotion from footage whos purpose is inherently meaningless.
